Decora, popular during the late 90s and early 2000s, was a heavy accessory-laden fashion trend that completely masked the person underneath. People who wore Decora were decorated head-to-toe in toys, jewelry, and hair clips. While some went a step further and wore colorful bandages over their noses. To tie it all together, layers of loud clothing with clashing colors and patterns were also integrated into the outfit.
